Vehicles available to ‘ride-and-drive’ include an HX58, two HX60s, an HX77 and an SX44.

Static vehicles include a TGA 26.430 6x4 (LCARS), an HX58, and HX60 and an SX45.

As MAN ERF UK welcomes visitors to its DVD stand this year, the first batch of finished vehicles of a total order for over 7000 MAN trucks for the British Armed Forces are now ready for delivery. Already, over 100 units have now left MAN ERF’s military truck facility at Ashchurch in Gloucestershire for their acceptance inspection to join the British Armed Forces Support Vehicle fleet of cargo, tanker and recovery trucks.

The new fleet of 4x4, 6x6 and 8x8 trucks will replace the ageing Leyland and Bedford 4, 8 and 14 tonne cargo vehicles currently deployed worldwide, as well as the Foden Recovery Vehicle. The new fleet is based on leading edge but well-proven TGA technology, already established in MAN’s commercial vehicles right across Europe.
